Mobile Banking

Mobile banking is big. It’s growing faster than any other banking channel, and more consumers opened financial products via digital channels such as mobile than they did in a branch.

All the members’ accounts and account types will be displayed:

This means a member can access their account at any time via the mobile phone - at work, at night, at weekends or on holidays. The information displayed is completely up to date from your host system.


Access is secured via a User Login and a PIN Code (Personal Identification Number – like a PIN code for an ATM) that the member has. This means a member will not have to ring or visit the credit union to check his account balances or look at his account history. Members will be registered and receive a PIN in the post to enable them access the system.

e-Mobile is a completely ONLINE solution


Online Loans

This facility will allow for the availability of online loan applications – a member can go to your website and apply for a loan and follow the process through to completion and electronic signature.


The loan application form can be accessible to members only who have registered on the credit union website or to anyone accessing the credit union website.


The form will perform basic validation.


The form can have files attached to the form (eg scans of bank statements etc)


On completion of the form, the form will be displayed for confirmation and an email generated to the member with the details completed and an email to the credit union email address with the data completed.


Electronic signatures are fully supported. 


On completion of the loan application process a full loan agreement can be emailed to the member with the option to print and sign or input electronic signature.

Online Membership
